Serviced Accommodation

About Serviced Accommodation

This rapidly growing niche in the accommodation sector has been driven forward by companies such as Air BnB and Booking.com with more and more people preferring the benefits of having more space than a hotel room and a home from home experience.

In simple terms, Serviced Accommodation is the offering of a property (not necessarily an apartment) to the general public to stay on a nightly basis rather than a traditional 6 or 12 month AST agreement.

The serviced accommodation needs to be fully furnished with linen, towels, cooking utensils, pots, pans, dinner sets, toiletries, TVs and WiFi. Its fair to say that its the same as a hotel but with the added benefit of more space, more privacy and the ability to cook your own meals.

For Buy to Let Landlords it offers a way for them to make more money per month than their normal rent and also avoid section 24 that does not allow you to count your mortgage payments as an expense.

I spent a weekend training on R2R with Justin in Milton Keynes 2 years ago and it was one of the best training's I ever attended. I had been through a rough patch in property and Justin helped me a lot at that time. And has been very supportive ever since. Even better, he knows what he is talking about. You won't go too far wrong with Justin.

I have been taught both rent to rent and service accommodation by a number of training companies and nobody has given me the confidence to push on and take action as much as Justin and his team. I am deal sourcer and since training with Justin my business has signed terms on a number of deals with have many more in the pipeline.
