Meet Julian Maurice

Julian is a property developer, investor & renovation specialist who has been working in the industry since 1997. Some of his proudest achievements are renovating hotel rooms in the Ripon Spa Hotel.

Julian set up Icon Living to pass on his design expertise after seeing countless developers becoming involved in property renovation with little or no experience.

Without the appropriate experience many projects end up over budget, over schedule and often with poor quality finishes throughout, lowering the potential rental yield dramatically.

What Our Students Say About Julian

Jand Hill-ScottProperty Investor

Our H.M.O. officer, who visited out of interest once it was completed, rated it as the best H.M.O. in Tunbridge Wells.

The two most expensive rooms are already occupied, each from a first viewing, and other enquiries are in progress. I am now beginning to apply the same ideas in our other houses in Thamesmead.
